Ingredients:
● 75g boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced into bite-sized pieces
● 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
● 1 small onion, sliced
● 1 medium-sized carrot, sliced
● 1 medium-sized bell pepper, sliced
● 1 cup cooked brown rice (165g)
● 2 tablespoons soy sauce
● Salt and pepper to taste
How to make it:
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium-high heat.
2. Add the sliced chicken to the pan and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the sliced onion, carrot, and bell pepper to the pan and cook until the vegetables
are just tender, about 5 minutes.
4. Stir in the cooked brown rice and soy sauce and cook until heated through, about 2
minutes.
