Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1½ cups frozen strawberries or raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon Tony Ferguson Pure Hydrolysed Collagen
  • 1½ cups milk of choice
  • Coconut cream, for serving
  • Beetroot or berry powder, for garnish

Method:

  1. Blend the Smoothie: In a high-speed blender, combine the frozen banana, strawberries, milk, and Tony Ferguson Pure Hydrolysed Collagen. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Prepare the Glass: For a fun presentation, smear coconut cream or on the inside of your serving glass. Sprinkle with beetroot or berry powder, or crushed freeze-dried strawberries for a pop of colour.
