Delicious flourless brownies

SERVES 3

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 large overripe bananas, mashed
  • Quarter cup Tony Ferguson Cacao Powder
  • Sugar free chocolate chips (optional)

METHOD

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 and lightly coat a 20 x 20cm baking dish with cooking spray, butter or oil and set aside – The best part is coming.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add your mashed banana and cacao powder, and mix very well until a thick chocolate batter remains.
  3. Stir through chocolate chips if desired, and pour the whole mixture into the greased baking dish.
  4. Bake for 20 – 25 minutes, or until firm on top *the middles will still seem undercooked, this is perfect.
  5. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely in the baking dish.
  6. Once cooled, refrigerate for an hour or so.
  7. Cut into pieces and enjoy!
