INGREDIENTS
100g green beans, trimmed and halved lengthways
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon fresh basil leaves
METHOD
- Blanch beans by plunging into boiling water and refreshing in iced water.
- Heat oil in a medium frying pan.
- Add garlic and beans and cook stirring 2-3 minutes. Stir in fresh basil leaves and serve.
