MAKES 1/2 CUP
INGREDIENTS
2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1⁄2 teaspoon sea salt
1⁄4 teaspoon powdered sweetener
1⁄2 cup extra virgin olive oil
METHOD
- Add all ingredients except the oil in a bowl and whisk to combine.
- Add the oil in a steady stream while whisking until thick.
- Season with salt and pepper.
