- 1 1/2 cups Tony Ferguson Coconut Flakes
- 1 1/2 cups Tony Ferguson Almond Flour
- 2 tbsp flax meal
- 3 tbsp Tony Ferguson Chia Seeds
- 1/3 cup smooth peanut butter
- 3-4 tbsp coconut butter
- 1/4 cup Tony Ferguson Organic Cacao Powder
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 2-3 pitted dates, soaked in water for 5 minutes if hard
- 1 tsp espresso coffee grounds
How to make it:
- To start, simply add all of the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until a thick paste forms. If the mixture is too thick, you can thin it out by adding more melted coconut butter.
