INGREDIENTS
4 x sachets Tony Ferguson Jelly Mix (4 different flavours)
56g gelatine
1L boiling water
METHOD
Start with four large mixing bowls. Add one sachet of jelly mix and 14g of gelatine to each bowl.
Add 250ml of boiling water to each one and whisk very well, until the jelly and gelatine have completely dissolved.
Transfer the jelly mixtures into four silicone trays, allowing each layer to set before pouring the next. Repeat this process for each flavour.
Refrigerate the holiday keto jellies for 30-40 minutes. Once set, remove from the refrigerator and pop out the jellies.
