Returns and Refund Policy

Please note that no edits can be made to orders (i.e. to the delivery address and/or items purchased and/or quantities purchased) once checkout has been completed and payment processed. Any changes to items purchased and/or quantities purchased will need to be processed in line with the Tony Ferguson Returns and Refund Policy.

 

We only accept returns on items purchased directly from the Tony Ferguson online store. If you purchased Tony Ferguson products from another retailer, please contact that retailer for further assistance regarding their returns policy.

 

Return

If you are dissatisfied with an item purchased from our website you may return it to the online store within 7 days for a refund, provided that the conditions set below have been satisfied. 

 

We will refund a product provided that:

  1. there is a valid proof of purchase, i.e. order number, order confirmation and payment confirmation;
  2. your return has been pre-arranged with Tony Ferguson via email: info@tonyferguon.co.za.
  3. it is in its original packaging or condition, i.e. the security seal or shrink wrap is intact (if applicable), and the product is unused;
  4. it is not a non-returnable product*
  5. all refunds are processed strictly in accordance with the original sales tender type and only after confirmation that the funds were received in our bank account;

 

*These include, but is/are not limited to, health supplements, such as multivitamins, fat burners etc.

 

If you have met the above conditions for a refund, you can:

  • Send the selected item back to our online store, together with your invoice. Please note that the cost of couriering the product back to our online store shall be incurred by the purchaser.
  • Once the item arrives back at our online store, it will be inspected to ensure it is in its original condition before the refund is authorised. This may take up to 2-3 working days.
  • If the refund is approved, you will be refunded with the appropriate amount in line with your original sales tender type. Refunds may take up to 7 working days to reflect.

 

Damaged or not what you ordered

If you wish to return something that you purchased online because the item you received is either damaged or not what you ordered, you can do so by:

  • Emailing info@tonyferguson.co.za and requesting Tony Ferguson to collect the product in question within 48 hours of receiving the goods. Tony Ferguson will send a courier to collect the damaged/incorrect product, at our own cost, and replace it with the correct product.
  • If a replacement cannot be provided (e.g. due to product availability) a refund will be provided in accordance with the original sales tender type.
