  1. In a blender, add all the smoothie ingredients, starting with the milk: frozen banana, frozen blueberries, plain Greek yoghurt, milk, peanut butter, Tony Ferguson Chia Seeds, Tony Ferguson Cinnamon Spice, ice cubes, and optional Tony Ferguson Pure Hydrolysed Collagen.
  2. Pulse and then blend until the mixture is thick and smooth. If more liquid is needed, add another 60ml of milk. The consistency should be very thick.
  3. Pour the smoothie into a glass.
  4. Enjoy!
