Quick & Creamy Caramel Cheesecake Jars
Ingredients
- 1–2 scoops Tony Ferguson Plant-Based Caramel Protein Powder
- 300g vegan dairy-free creamed cheese
- 200ml vegan milk of choice (add more if needed for blending)
- Fruit of choice, to serve
- Dash of cinnamon spice, to serve
Directions
- Add the creamed cheese, protein powder, and milk to a blender or food processor. Blend until thick and smooth.
- Pour into jars or dessert glasses and chill until ready to serve.
- Top with your favourite fruit, a dash of cinnamon, and enjoy!
