Cranberry Smoothie: Bright, Creamy & Packed with Good Stuff
Ingredients
- 2 medium bananas (fresh or frozen)
- 3–4 iced coconut milk cubes
- Coconut water (to blend)
- 1 tablespoon Tony Ferguson Cranberry Concentrate
- 1 heaped scoop Tony Ferguson GO Shake Vanilla
- 1 tsp maca powder
- Pinch of cinnamon
To Serve:
- Smooth tahini or cashew nut butter
- Hemp seeds
Directions
- Add the bananas, coconut milk cubes, cranberry juice, protein powder, maca, cinnamon, and enough coconut water to blend.
- Blend until creamy and smooth.
- Pour into a glass and top with tahini or nut butter, a sprinkle of hemp seeds, and enjoy!
Quick Tip: Freeze leftover coconut milk in an ice tray ahead of time for a creamier texture and extra chill.
