  1. Make the Base Layer: In a saucepan or microwave-safe bowl, melt the tahini, MCT Oil, honey, and cinnamon together until smooth and well combined. Pour about 3-4 tablespoons into each silicone mould and refrigerate for 30-60 minutes until set.
  2. Prepare the Date Caramel: Blend the dates, tahini, and a splash of milk until smooth. Once the base layer is firm, add 1-2 tablespoons of the caramel mixture to each cup and smooth out the top.
  3. Finish with Chocolate: Pour melted dark chocolate over each cup and return to the fridge to set completely – about 1 hour.
