Flourless Brownies: A Healthy Indulgence

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and lightly coat a 20 x 20cm baking dish with cooking spray, butter, or oil and set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add your mashed banana and Tony Ferguson Organic Cacao Powder, and mix very well until a thick chocolate batter remains.
  3. Stir through sugar-free chocolate chips if desired, and pour the whole mixture into the greased baking dish.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until firm on top (the middle will still seem slightly undercooked, which is perfect).
  5. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely in the baking dish.
  6. Once cooled, refrigerate for an hour or so.
  7. Cut into pieces and enjoy!
