Flourless Brownies: A Healthy Indulgence

Ingredients
- 3 large overripe bananas, mashed
- ¼ cup Tony Ferguson Organic Cacao Powder
- Sugar-free chocolate chips (optional)
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and lightly coat a 20 x 20cm baking dish with cooking spray, butter, or oil and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, add your mashed banana and Tony Ferguson Organic Cacao Powder, and mix very well until a thick chocolate batter remains.
- Stir through sugar-free chocolate chips if desired, and pour the whole mixture into the greased baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until firm on top (the middle will still seem slightly undercooked, which is perfect).
- Remove from oven and allow to cool completely in the baking dish.
- Once cooled, refrigerate for an hour or so.
- Cut into pieces and enjoy!
