Keto Jelly Blocks: Colourful and Low-Carb

Ingredients
- 4 sachets Tony Ferguson Jelly Mix (4 different flavours)
- 56g gelatine
- 1L boiling water
Directions
- Start with four large mixing bowls. Add one sachet of Tony Ferguson Jelly Mix and 14g of gelatine to each bowl.
- Add 250ml of boiling water to each bowl and whisk very well until the jelly mix and gelatine have completely dissolved.
- Transfer the jelly mixtures into four silicone trays, allowing each layer to set before pouring the next. Repeat this process for each flavour.
- Refrigerate the keto jelly blocks for 30-40 minutes. Once set, remove from the refrigerator and pop out the jellies.
