- ⅓ cup Tony Ferguson Chia Seeds.
- Salt to taste.
- ¼ cup Tony Ferguson Nutritional Yeast Flakes.
- 1½ teaspoons baking powder.
Directions
- Prepare the Chia Gel and Quinoa:Tony Ferguson Chia Seeds in water. Stir well and let them puff up, forming a gel-like consistency. At the same time, soak Tony Ferguson White Quinoa for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
- Blend the Ingredients:Tony Ferguson Nutritional Yeast Flakes, baking powder, and salt to taste. Blend the mixture until smooth and well combined.
