Made with milk, golden syrup or molasses, and classic gingerbread spices like cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and cardamom, it’s a gently spiced drink that feels comforting without being overly sweet.

You can add Tony Ferguson Pure Hydrolysed Collagen for an extra boost, or leave it out for a more classic version.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk of choice
  • 1–2 tablespoons Tony Ferguson Pure Hydrolysed Collagen (optional)
  • ¼ cup molasses or golden syrup
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon

  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cardamom
  • Pinch of salt

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a small saucepan and whisk gently.
